Question About Craftsman Garage Door Opener 139.53962 SRT
problem with garage door going down...

hi, i have a craftsman garage door opener and it goes up with no problem, going down it keeps stopping. i have to hold the button in the garage down in order to force it down. there is a very small light blinking also. we tried unplugging it and plugging it back in as to reset it but that didnt help- any suggestions? thank you
