Please help me find the manual...

My light on the control mounted on the wall is blinking and the garage door does not open with the remotes. please help.

5 Hi...I corrected it by pressing the small button on the wall mounted control for about 10 secs and then the garage door remote became fine. Just a hit and trial method.
