Question About Craftsman Garage Door Opener 1/2 HP garage door opener
outside keypad doesn't work...

When we put in the passcode for the outside door opener, it just flashes multiple times but then doesn't work. I checked the battery and it is fine. Not sure what issue is. Can you assist
