Our Craftsman garage door opener was installed Sept. 4/03. Recently, one the remotes stopped working. It's not the battery. Sears gave us a new remote, but can't get it to work. Model 139-18051. New remote is 18190 and 91. Sears guy said the number on the remote and the opener don't have to match?? Help!
