My door is stuck open 8". Hit the button and the door goes down until it hits the ground and then opens bck up to about 8". I have tried adjusting the motion range screws and force adjustments and neither helped. Even with door disconnected it does the same thing. Nothing in the manaul on this issue. Thinking it might be the control board but would like some input before I just through parts at this. Thanks.
