Opened door and heard a loud noise (clunk). trolle...

Opened door and heard a loud noise (clunk). trolley is almost to motor housing. I removed the head unit and tried to turn the screw drive to move the trolley. The screw drive is VERY stiff and hard to turn. Motor hummed when connected, no error flashes. Any suggestions or ideas?
