need wiring diagram for 139.18059. 2002. Fell off...

need wiring diagram for 139.18059. 2002. Fell off ceiling, control wires pulled out of 3 chips and the chips scattered on the floor. 3 chips, 6 wires. Don't know how to re-connect.
