5 Be absolutely sure that you SEE your neighbor opening your door. Don't guess that they are. A short in the wall button or it's wiring to the opener can cause the door to open and close on it's own. You would either need to replace the wall button or its wiring. Typically you just need to press and hold the LEARN button for 6 seconds to erase all codes. After that, press and release the LEARN button and the LED light next to it will light for 30 seconds. Within the 30 seconds push the button on the remote to reprogram it. You should here a click or the lights will flash or the door will move slightly. Repeat this for any other remote and keyless pad.
