My trolley unit will only go in one direction. In otherwords the door is closed and when I activate the remote or the button, the force only goes down. I cannot figure this issue out as the force is only down and never up. There is not a pulling action when activating the button or remote to open the door. Everything is down. Is there a method to fix this problem?
