My Model #: 139663920, Part #: 41A4315-6D has three terminals near the green learn button. Approximately 28v between 1 & 2 and approximately 10v between 2&3. There are 2 adjustments. One below terminal 2 and one below terminal 3. Above terminal 3 there is a marking "24v". Can the adjustment below terminal 3 be advanced to make the voltage between 2 & 3 equal to 24 volts?
