My Garage door will move down about 12" and then stops. I removed the sensors from the door channels and placed them on a flat surface. When they are about 2 feet apart the door operates normally. When I move the sensors 3-4 feet apart thedoor again fails to operate. Do my sensors need to be replaced? Or is there another problem. Until now the door has been operating fine for several years.
