my door will not close. the garage door starts to go down and then starts going back up. If I press the button and hold it until the door goes down sometimes it bounces back up and sometimes it will stay closed. The lights on the unit will flash on and off. What do I need to do to fix. I have made sure there is nothing blocking the sensors at the bottom of the track
