My Craftsman 1/2 HP garage opener operates fine fr...

My Craftsman 1/2 HP garage opener operates fine from my 4 remotes but it also operates from my neighbor's newer remotes and keyless entry control box . . . EVEN THOUGH I HAVE RE-SET MY REMOTES' CODES 3 TIMES! Why? What can I do to keep them from accessing my garage?
