Question About Craftsman Garage Door Opener 139.53990
manual vs electric...

About a year ago I wanted to operate the door manually to save electricity. Someone told me how to de-activate the electric operation, and now that I want to use the remote or the wall button again I can't make it work. Can someone advise me, or tell me how to get a manual? thanks
