Question About Craftsman Garage Door Opener not sure
keypad doesn't work...

the keypad doesn't work - or sometimes it works but have to push the numbers many times and the enter button many times.... we've changed the battery - no help... any ideas? Do we need a new keypad? or do we start with re-entering a code.
