I have this Door Opener given to me by my father but there are no installation instructions with it. Need them please.

0 The door goes up fine, but I have to hold down the button to get it to close. Otherwise, it will go down about an inch or two, then come back up. It makes a clicking noise after it comes up. Can't find the manual.
