I tried reprograming the remore control for the garage door opener. I followed the procedure - pressed the purple button - the led lite lit - I then pressed the button on the hand held controller - the opener light did not flash nor did the unit clik. I tested the remote and it works on my other door my changing the code in the unit. What could be the problem
