I have this unit and have an issue with it. When I press the button the unit on the ceiling makes a grinding noise and nothing happens. The chain and eveything looks fine, it is the unit itself that appears to have the issue. Are you able to tell me how to get inside the unit to see if there is a broken gear or something in there??
