I have model #13953680 which inexplicably reverses as I am trying to close it. Simply pulling down on the middle of the bottom of the door with about 5# of force and triggering the close with my remote control allows it to close, sometimes as another section passes an unidentified spot in the track another nudge on the remote allows continuation of closure. How can I increase down force to get past obstruction or whatever is causing reversal?
