I HAVE A SEARS CRAFTSMAN GARAGE DOOR OPENER MODEL ...

I HAVE A SEARS CRAFTSMAN GARAGE DOOR OPENER MODEL #139.53535 SRT... IT OPENS FINE BUT NOW IT WONT CLOSE UNLESS YOU HOLD THE WALL BUTTON DOWN UNTIL ITS FULLY STOPPED. IT ALSO HAS A GREEN LITE ON THE CONTROL BOARD THAT IS FLASHING 4 TIMES THEN WAITS 4 SECONDS THEN DOSE IT AGAIN OVER AND OVER.
