I have a model 1395336iB, I was able to replace the remote batteries but now th outside remote quit working. I changed the 9V battery but it still won't work. What must I do to get that one going? It is affixed to the garage structure outside and I can't find any way to remove it. So, what do I do? Can't afford a serviceman .
