I have a Craftsman Garage Door Model 139.53754 315...

I have a Craftsman Garage Door Model 139.53754 315MHz Security + Keyless Entry. An alarm beeper keeps sounding and the Control Console reads replace battery. I replaced the battery on the Keyless Entry. Console still reads the same and the beep continues. Can you help
