I am trying to get this manual. When I click on "Get this Manual" I just get a blank screen. What am I doing wrong?

0 I had the same problem with opening the fiel. I tried the last of the alternate bottem 4 links for the same manual, and the bottom one was to a good file link which opened right up with the whole manual, just as it should.
