I am looking for a User Manual for a Craftsman Garage Door Opener with the numbers 41A5021-4E. The remotes will not work after programming several times. Has been working for 11 years and now will not work. Batteries have been changed. When programmed it worked 1 time and am unable to get it to work again. David Clark
