Question About Craftsman Garage Door Opener 139.53962 SRT
Door won't open or close...

Each time I hit the button to close/open the garage door, it just humms like the motor is trying to move, but nothing happens. I have tightened the chain, ensured the lasers are lined up and loobed the chain...any advise?
