DOOR WON'OPEN...

WHEN I PRESS THE OPENER, IT CLICKS BUT WILL NOT ENGAGE. PROBLEM INDICATOR LIGHT BLINKS 5 TIMES. POWER IS ON TO THE UNIT BUT LIGHTS WON'T COME ON EITHER
