When I close the door, either remotely or by the wall switch, the door will transverse to the closed position, and then reopen on its own. The problem is intermittent, and appears to happen more frequently when the temperature outside is cold (below freezing)

The ManualsOnline team has found the manual for this product! We hope it helps solve your problem. Get the Manual Here
5 LOOK AT PAGE 27 OF THE PDF LINK... I'm not an expert but have never found something broke that I couldn't end up fixing if I wanted to... The first thing I would try would be to see if the auto reverse safety is set too high. There is an adjustment that you can control that will reverse the door (open it) if it hits an obstruction. What could be happening is that since most material expands and contracts with temperture, when the enviorment is different (IE. cold) the setting that worked when it was warm does not work when it turns cold. There is a "sweet spot" with that setting that will still be safe AND work in the heat and cold. Read the manual and see which way you need to adjust to increase the force that is required to reverse the door. Good Luck
