Question About Craftsman Garage Door Opener 139.53682
Craftsman remote garage opener, #139.53681B...

My tenant returned this to me before moving out, said it needed a new battery, which I installed. Now, it doesn't open the garage, however tenants have the other two, which continue to work. Our handyman tried to reset it in the garage at the motor box, and he wasn't successful. What can I do now?
