Question About Craftsman Garage Door Opener 13953515SR
Chain jams and bends rail when opened...

I put a new gear and sprocket on and reinstalled the opener. When I push the garage door opener button the door begains to open and the jams and bend the rail assembly. I believe the sprocket and gears are not moving. do you have any advice to correct the problem?
