can not open...

Can not open with remot control Can you tell me how can i fix it First can not open from my code number. Always used and open. then I went inside and push the red botton and nothing happens. now I can only open from the wall regular control. can you tell me how to fix.it Thank you vry much my e- mail is aagarate@cox.net
