139.30498 I purchased my craftsman opener and now ...

139.30498 I purchased my craftsman opener and now when my neighbor opens his garage door my garage door also opens. My neighbors garage door closes when he pulls put of his driveway but mine stays open. What do I do This happens every time so it's not a fluke please help Thank you Julie
