IT'S NOT PICKING UP THE SIGNALS OF THE REMOTE. DOOR IS BEING OPENED MANUALLY. THE SPRINGS SEEM CONNECTED BUT AS YOU OPEN OR CLOSE THE DOOR, IT SLIDES HARD, IT HAS NO RESTRAIN. IT'S EITHER OPEN OR CLOSED, WE CAN'T LEAVE IT HALFWAY OPENED.
