We have a Cozy Wall Furnace, Direct Vent... model ...

We have a Cozy Wall Furnace, Direct Vent... model number DVCF404B. The pilot light will not stay lit. We are at a loss, we tried putting another (used ) thermocoupler in and it still won't stay lit. Is there a schematic for this furnace that we can get, or a repair manual? thank you, **** Crane
