I have a Cozy Gravity direct Vent Wall Furnace mod...

I have a Cozy Gravity direct Vent Wall Furnace model CDV 255B in our basement. I have cold air really coming in when it is not hot and the pilot lite is only on. It does not seem that there should be that much cold air coming in. I am wondering if it was installed wrong. Please help. I love the furnace otherwise.
