I have a cozy Counterflow wall furnace and I can't...

I have a cozy Counterflow wall furnace and I can't find the filter. The model number is CF653c-H.The installer said there is not one,but I have been told every furnace has one somewhere. I have allergy problems and was hoping I could solve this. Thank-you.
