No power in unit. The plug powers other applia...

No power in unit. The plug powers other appliances so it is not the wall plug. No action happens when we attempt to turn on the lights or the heat. Is there a fuse that is preventing power. The unit was in a old environment. Is it possible that the cold has caused a power outage? Thanks.
