Question About Desa Tech Electric Heater CCL3018NR
remote control...

Our unit has a DESA remote thermostat series (models GHRCTB and CGHRCTB). The remote is not working. It will registers "manual" and "auto" and will adjust temperature. It will NOT turn the gas on. How do we get a new remote or parts for this one? I tried www.desatech.com but that does not help at all.
