My Coleman Echelon 8-V series, furnace periodically, about every 2 or 3 days, blows cold air constantly. The thermostat is set on: heat, fan on auto. If I go to "off then on" on the thermostat, it blows warm air again.

5 If you're not too handy, I don't recommend doing this yourself, but if you are (I am an hvac tech), it's fairly simple. Sounds like a sequencer problem (the thing that tells your heat strips to kick on). When they go bad they can work/not work, or only run one set of heat strips, as there are almost always 2. The sequencer looks like this: http://i.ebayimg.com/t/15KW-17KW-Sequencer-Fan-Relay-Mobile-Home-Electric-Furnace-Coleman-instruct-/00/s/MTYwMFgxNDkx/$(KGrHqFHJCME-h--7GLzBPqtVSektw~~60_57.JPG Just make sure you put the wires on the new one exactly as they are in the old one. Also look for any burnt or crispy wires anywhere. This can cause problems as well. Of course as always, turn off all breakers!
