i have coleman 7900-6821 or 6831 i jujst moved in ...

i have coleman 7900-6821 or 6831 i jujst moved in and am not sure how to work this there is two switch one has heat then cool the other one has cont or auto then on top it has one that on med or high am i to put it on high and do i use the cont or auto
