my furnace blower is making a patter like sound when running the AC that just started today: I cleaned everthing I could see without removing any parts - its still making that sound, however it is running the air in this 85 plus weather.... my question is do you think it could perhaps be taken apart and maybe there is dirt/dust got into any poration of the fan area or it this the usual symtoms of a motor beginning to go out?
