When i use my electric fire place a couple hour an...

When i use my electric fire place a couple hour and stop it.there is a beep¨(seems to be a security feature).I dont see noting regarding that beeping in your book.My fireplace is a HEF22,Thank you for your help,Alain

5 The beep is coming from the receiver for the thermostat. This is a small black box inside of the unit. This fix is to insulate this box so it doesn't overheat. The beeping is an indicator that this receiver is too hot
