I purchased this fireplace 2 years ago at Home Depot and need help. When I turn on the heater , I get a sueeling sound that lasts for about 20 minutes. Now , I'm having a problem with the fire light that simulates the movement of real fire. The light just comes on and doesn;'t do anything.Should I have someone come to look at it or can I fix these problems myself? I've only used the fireplace about 4 times. Who would I contact in the lethbrige Alberta area?
