Question About Charmglow Indoor Fireplace CGL250TE-C
CharmGlow indoor gas fireplace...

There is a horrible toxic gas smell on my charmglow fireplace model CGN250TE-C. There should also be 5 heat settings. Mine has always been really low fire on setting one and extremely high and no difference on settings 2,3,4 &5. I also have three sunroof windows open for ventilation.
