We have 2 Acura's, and we cannot get our Chamberla...

We have 2 Acura's, and we cannot get our Chamberlain 1/2 HP garage door opener to sync up with the home link system in our vehicles. We have followed the instructions as per our car's owners manuals, yet we still cannot get the opener to sync up. Can you please send us instructions on how we might accomplish this? Thanks for your help : )
