Question About Chamberlain Garage Door Opener 3800PLD
Wall Control display is blank...

I have checked and re-checked the wiring to the wall control panel - it appears correct. No staples in wires. 32 volts at back of unit. When wires jumped the door opener responds. Is there something that needs to be done to bring this unit to life? Or was it dead on arrival?
