Question About Chamberlain Garage Door Opener 2220-267
sixteen foot sectional garage door closes complete...

sixteen foot sectional garage door closes completely but only stays down 1 to 2 seconds and then completely opens. Nothing is on the ground to obstruct the door. The doors seems to be of equal distance from the ground on both sides. lights do not flash. All wheels rotate freely. Please help!
