I have two Liftmasters installed in my garage (recently purchased home). One of the units works manually (upon pressing the door button, but my remote is not working. I changed the battery. One thing is that the door button inside the garage is flashing. the door button on the correctly functioning unit doesn't flash. I also need to reset the key pad pin to enter. Can you instruct?
