outside keypad does not respond to code, 9V batter...

outside keypad does not respond to code, 9V battery changed with no success. Blinks 14 times when hit enter, will not close with "enter" once opened, either.

0 Manual does not help!!!! Doesn't even address problems with the Keyless entry, why it blinks, if the blinks indicate a code to a solution.....nothing!!!
