Our Chamberlain Opener wire broke. The garage door was open and it slammed down very hard. We had the wire repaired but the garage door is buckled and now the door will not open the wall opener says, "SENSOR BLOCKED", "MISWIRED" "ERROR CODE 11", "SEE USER'S MANUAL" but we cannot find how to repair it in the manual. I feel Chamberlain should give us a new garage door since your product caused the the door to slam down and buckle.
