One of my 2 remotes for my 400 is used far more than the other, but, last week, the door refused to open with either of them. I have replaced the batteries, and now find that neither is sure to operate the door. . . . they will sometimes work from a distance, sometimes only from inside the Garage, but mostly will not function at all!! Both wall switches are perfectly OK. Any ideas, please??
